Bakuman: Niizuma Eiji [ESFP]

Extroverted Sensing (Se): You might think that it's hard to be physically active when you draw manga all day, this guy can pull it off. He draws as if it's a contact sport. When he gets exited Niizuma randomly executes acrobatics stunts, leaping onto of his chair in displays of pure physical enthusiasm. Loud music is often blaring in his studio. His greetings and exclamations are as enthusiastic as his art. (see picture below) Niizuma is also a brilliant artist, a genius even, able to draw manga storyboards that would take others days in fifteen minutes.

Introverted Feeling (Fi): At first, Niizuma's childishness makes him seem emotionally immature, but in reality he is childlike in a good way. He supports others enthusiastically, maintaining the same friendly attitude towards everyone no matter how they treat him. He cares little about what others think of him to the point of being oblivious.

Extroverted Thinking (Te): While he doesn't mean to be unkind, Niizuma speaks his mind bluntly and factually. He has a very good idea of the technical aspects of being a manga artist although he often ignores it, disregarding deadlines and meetings. When Mashiro and Tagaki start doing a manga project that he knows will fail, Niizuma calls them out on television in a subtle but calculated bid to set them on the right track.

Introverted Intuition (Ni): Niizuma's intuition is uncanny. He predicts the winners of monthly manga contests accurately to the point of foreseeing an almost unheard of tie. He predicts Muto Ashirogi's success as soon as he sees them and never waivers on his hunches. His Se and Ni work almost seamlessly, translating the manga in his head into his art effortlessly onto paper.
