Bakuman: Aiko Iwase [ESTJ]

Extroverted Thinking (Te): Iwase's entire life is results oriented. She judges herself and other people almost exclusively based on achievement. She is initially attracted to Tagaki as a rival, a person who could match her in intelligence. She scoffs at Tagaki's Ni vision of being a manga artist, telling him that he should make "real" plans for the future. However, when he succeeds, she refuses to be outdone and starts making her own manga.

Introverted Sensing (Si): Iwase achieves her Te goals through meticulous study and hard work. She is a star student through her natural intelligence, but also through her willingness to put in the extra mile. A lot of her Si behaviors are unhealthy. She refuses to let go of experiences like her idea that there was some romantic agreement between her and Tagaki (There wasn't) She often refuses to use her Te to process her subjective, and often inaccurate experiences, sticking to her skewed version of the story.

Extroverted Intuition (Ne): When spurred on by her other functions, Iwase branches out with creative ideas, writing a popular light novel that is turned into an extremely popular manga. Her Ne doesn't compliment her Si at all and she has tendency to jump to conclusions and then perceive them as actual facts.

Introverted Feeling (Fi): Iwase is extremely emotionally immature. Her supposedly objective logical deductions are usually based on her immature need to be the best, which is of course based on her long standing record of academic success (Si). An argument could be made that she really did have feelings for Tagaki in high school, but she buries her emotions under so many layers of rationalization that it's hard to tell.
